Long term contract position for a senior SharePoint Project Manager / Financial Analyst.

Summary Description:
This individual will be responsible for the successful coordination of migrating one or more SharePoint sites by analyzing existing sites, organizing, assembling and communicating to various teams across the enterprise. Supporting the Project Manager with scheduling meetings, organizing content and other support activities as required.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
• Sharepoint Sites Analysis
o Contact 500-1,000 site owners to determine the disposition of sites they “own” o Tracking down site ownership for sites whose owners no longer work o Identifying if sites contain sensitive data o Identifying if data needs to be split, move entirely, or be retained o Compile answers into a common formatted spreadsheet for analysis
• Project Management/Coordination
o Reporting to the project manager as necessary to support and synchronize: Meetings, Meeting Minutes & Presentation Materials o Assist the project team in assembling and coordinating meetings of the appropriate participants to complete the assigned project according to plan and budget.
o Support project manager with all project communications to core team, management and external partners. Communications are timely, clear and present the correct level of information based on audience.
• An accredited degree along with 2+ years of corporate experience.
• Ability to maintain relationships, and support increased understanding and awareness of market dynamics and ongoing needs of the sales organization back to the product organization. • Proficiency in Microsoft office suite including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Experience utilizing SharePoint and Webex strongly preferred.
• Must be a strategic thinker and able to navigate a highly matrixed organization.
• Must be comfortable operating in ambiguity.
